A Beginner’s Guide to Non-violent Communication (NVC)

Non-violent Communication (or NVC for short) is a method for sharing feelings and needs in an empathetic manner that promotes human connection. NVC is based on a simple (yet subtle) 4-step communication model developed by psychologist Marshall Rosenberg.

      Editor’s Note:
This book is dedicated to Marshall Rosenberg, Ph.D. (the creator of NVC), and my NVC teacher Sadie Scabarozi, and the friends and family who have helped me learn and practice NVC.
